Making command decisions during a crisis is not easy and if you’re not ready for it, the results can be devastating! Our mission is to educate you on how to minimize the threat and maximize the safety for every student and staff member on your campus!What sets Tactical Advantage School Safety Group apart is the ability to see school safety through two very different, but equally important, lenses. My tactical background trained me to look for vulnerabilities, gaps, weak points, and the ways a security system can fail under pressure; my 16 years of experience as a vice principal and principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels taught me how schools actually operate, how people respond in real situations, and how leadership decisions affect students and staff. By blending both perspectives, I am able to evaluate a campus not only as a security problem to be solved, but as a living educational environment where every recommendation must be practical, realistic, and workable for the people responsible for carrying it out.

Protecting Schools Through Leadership and Experience
With over 27 years of leadership in education and a lifetime dedicated to service and protection, I’ve built my career on one unwavering mission: keeping schools safe. I've had the privilege of serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal at every level—elementary, middle, and high school—including alternative education schools for at-risk students. I earned a master’s degree in educational leadership and have received numerous accolades for my contributions to school safety and leadership. But my commitment to safety started long before I stepped into a classroom. As a sergeant and team leader in a U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Unit. I learned firsthand what it takes to lead under pressure, plan for the unexpected, and protect those in your care. That mindset carried into my work as a security contractor, bodyguard, and private investigator—roles that sharpened my skills in threat assessment, situational awareness, and crisis management. Today, I bring that experience to schools nationwide, equipping educators and leaders with the tools, training, and confidence to create safe learning environments. My approach is practical and proven:
